The Kolea Villas are the most luxurious condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Nestled between the Marriott and the Hilton hotels on the Big Island's Kohala Coast, Kolea is the jewel of the island, situated next to extraordinary Anaehoomalu Bay (A-Bay). It is the only residential community on the entire Kohala Coast with direct beach access beach famed for its white sands, gentle waters, friendly turtles, and the viewing of passing whales.
Kolea Villas are the most luxurious condo complex in Waikoloa Beach Resort. Our private beach club with its infinity edge pool, natural lava hot tub, children's pool with sand bottom and waterfall, open-air workout facility overlooking pool and ocean are a two-minute walk from our unit. Complimentary beach towels are also provided for your use at the beach club
Features of our recently completed 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit include beautifully appointed furnishings, African mahogany cabinetry, granite countertops, central air conditioning, central lighting controls and full laundry room.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, desk and a large tiled master bath with separate tub and dual head shower. The other two bedrooms are appointed with queen size bed, two twin beds and LCD TV. These rooms share a beautiful bathroom.
Kolea is located within minutes to the Anaeho'omahu Bay (A-Bay) and the only residential community in Waikoloa with direct beach access. 'A-Bay' is one of the most beautiful beaches along the Kohala coast. Through Ocean Sports located on the beach. there are numerous activities for your enjoyment. Scuba-diving, wind -surfing, kite -surfing, glass bottom boat, snorkeling and sunset cruises are all offered minutes from your villa. Kolea guests have complimentary use of lounge chairs and towels at the beach.
Kolea is also within a convenient walk to upscale shops, entertainment and restaurants at the Kings Center and to the Hilton Hotel's amazing spa. There are two championship golf courses in Waikoloa to round out Waikoloa resort life.
