Within a few minutes of everything in Kailua-Kona, shopping, restaurants, beaches and the historic Kailua Village, Alii Villas has earned a reputation as a place where you can be close to everything at an affordable condo rental in Kona, Hawaii.
The condo is well appointed with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is well equipped with newer appliances. We have a blender, toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The pots, pans, dishes, etc are in excellent condition. Every room has a ceiling fan to keep you cool.
There is a nice beach within walking distance of the condo and the infamous "Magic Sands Beach" is just a short drive down Alii Drive.

Cleaning fee $75.00.
***Note: At the end of your stay, if you choose to clean the condo,
the cleaning fee is refundable. Inspection at check out.
$130.00 per night for Ironman, Christmas and New Years, a 7 night minimum.
